New printer and ink cartridges. Ink levels are being given, but no color is getting to any printouts. Have done several tools stuff on the printer, but still the same result. I just updated the firmware on the printer too, same result.

Thank you all for your help... I ended up removing the printer from the configuration and then running the HP Support Dr app and reinstalling the software and printer updates. I also brushed the color cartridge ink screen lightly with a Kleenex tissue with soothing lotion. re-inserted the cartridge and did a printer status report. Resolved.
