I just installed brand new from Office Depot, printer verified as HP official, HP high capacity toner cartridges the toner is just dumping all over the pages. I checked for updated firmware and it is up to date. The photos are what prints when I choose black & white only as well as color. I am not sure what the transfer belt(?) is supposed to look like but it is coated in toner and looks like these sheets. We’ve only used the printer enough to just now go through the entire set of cartridges that came with the printer, but I don’t recall this happening when we first got it. We have tried printing from Windows10, MacOS (direct wired and wireless), and two iOs devices with the same results. It also does this with printouts from the system checks on the unit itself so it isn’t related to my software. So confused, any help would be appreciated.

What about the other 3 toners how empty are they?  This kind of problem can be caused when overriding empty toner cartridges.

Hi valsimot! All four cartridges are brand new. The black cartridge is two weeks older than the color ones. We bought the color ones in a pack.
