Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I just installed and set up my Smart Tank 7301. Tried to print several things in Photoshop that I've printed in color in the past, but with the new printer they all only come out in black & white. I've printed out the recommended Print Quality Diagnostic Page twice. It prints that in color just beautifully, but whenever I try anything else the color is nowhere to be found. Again, this is a brand new printer...no clogged print heads, no low ink, etc.

Same problem. I’ll call tomorrow and if they can’t fix I’m returning the printer. I don’t have time for this.

I should have come back here to tell how things went. Firstly, I’d like to report that the online help (AI) didn’t help at all, it just directed me to a list of FAQ that I still had to search for myself, and nothing there addressed my issue. I went to the contact page to start a live chat, and the person on the other end helped immensely! It was a matter of deleting something obscure that I would never have known about, and voila! It worked perfectly! I’m quite happy with the printer now, and grateful for good tech support!
