Hello, so basically i purchased an HP Deskjet 2800e and after following all the first setup steps there's an orange led flickering over the tri-color cartridge icon with an E0 error code on screen. The printer works just fine with only the black cartridge installed and i did a few test prints with it but the moment i install the color cartridge it refuses to print whilst showing the symptoms previously mentioned (note that both cartridges are the SETUP cartridges that came in the original box).

So far i've tried reseating both cartridges, cleaning the color cartridge pins with a piece of cloth and some alcohol, resetting the printer unplugging it from power and resetting the wi-fi settings but none of these methods fixed the problem.
I would like to know how to fix this if possible or get some solution.
