I just bought brand new cartridges.  The color one works fine, but I get an error message for the brand new black ink cartridge.  It says Cartridge Problem:  Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.  I've taken it out and reinstalled multiple times, unplugged printer, restarted computer and printer, etc., but nothing works. Help me.  Thanks.

I tried to reset the printer, clean the cartridge etc,, but nothing worked.  I'm thinking its a defective cartridge.
