I bought new ink cartridges and when trying to replace them, the blue cover over one of the ink cartridges snapped off. I can't figure out the name of the part to determine if it is replaceable.  The ink cartridge doesn't sit right without this part so I am now unable to use the printer and have 2 brand new ink cartridges I can't return (already opened).  Does anyone know the name of the part so I can search the parts store?  the front of the piecethe front of the piececloset up of the broken spotcloset up of the broken spot

@eae006, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The broken part is not customer replaceable and it is not available in the parts store.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. If the printer is Out of Warranty, you can choose to upgrade your printer. The ink cartridges can be traded depending on the options available.

Hope this helps!
