Product: HP PSC 2175 all-in-one printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The cartridge latch (the plastic part with the spring assembly) that holds in the 57 cartridge has broken. Is there a replacement part available from HP or elsewhere? HP PSC 2175

You can find the list of parts that HP offers at partsurfer.hp.com.  I see nothing listed which means you will likely either have to find a used one or possibly a 3rd part manufacturer on Ebay.  https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?type=PROD&SearchText=Q3066A
