Hello, looking for a way to fix or replace the paper tray on an OfficeJet 5258 (5200 all-in-one-series). Error message reads “paper tray is open, close the tray to continue”.
From time to time, I have been able to place the broken piece, shown in photo, into where it would insert and the printer prints. I haven’t been able to figure that out lately. I just want to know if there is an easy fix or where I purchase this tray. I’m assuming I can replace this on my own? I can’t find any online. Thanks in advance!
