Hi all, I hope you can help me with a printer issue I've been having.

This issue has happened with two genuine TN-660 toner cartridges, bought from Amazon and Best Buy, 2 years apart. Initially, I thought the first cartridge was defective but now I am quite sure there is something wrong with the printer since the same issue happened with the second cartridge. These are the only two replacement cartridges I've bought for the printer (I've never had a successful replacement). Here is the problem:

When I install the replacement cartridge, it goes in properly and I close the front panel. As the printer starts warming up, the left side panel starts moving in and out and it makes a loud banging noise in sync with the movement. I also get a “Replace Toner” message. I can put the starter cartridge back in and it prints properly.
