Hi, I'm an idiot and brought HP 302 cartridges instead of HP 301. Is there a way to get the printer to recognise them? The supplier will not accept them back as they are open.

I see that you have purchased incorrect ink cartridges. Unfortunately, you cannot get them to work on your printer.
However, we've got your back, reach out to the HP Support in your region for replacement/exchange options.
