Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi, purchased HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 from NewEgg and do not have the SETUP cartridges. Tried inserting regular cartridges and also entering in serial number in HP website for technical printer support, however website seems to be down. Please private message me the way to bypass setup cartridges or another solution. Thanks so much for the help.

Hi @Run4TheCup,

 

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
