ENVY PHOTO 7155

Hi, I bought HP ENVY Photo 7155 as a refurbished device. Some how I wasn't given the setup cartridges. I went ahead and purchased regular black cartridge and installed it. But the printer expects Setup Cartridges which I do not have. Please advice.

Thanks.

@ravinc7, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand your concern. To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hi @Kumar0307,

Thanks for the reply. But unfortunately, I am unable to access the message via both the mechanisms mentioned. I am not seeing a private message icon on the upper right corner nor can I access it when I click on the link. Can you please check & confirm?
