Hi there,

 

I recently purchased an ENVY Photo 7134 and it did not come with Setup cartridges. I have bought my own new ones and inserted them, but now receive the message that I must insert Setup cartridges to continue.

 

Please could I have the instructions on how to bypass this message?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that you getting the Setup cartridges error message. We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
