Hi
After performing a full factory reset on my HP OfficeJet Pro 9010, the printer is now showing the message: “Insert cartridges that came with the printer.”
I do not have the original setup cartridges that came with the printer. I understand that these setup cartridges are required to complete the initial setup, but unfortunately, I no longer have them.
Could you please provide me with the official Out-Of-Box Experience (OOBE) reset instructions or any alternative solutions that will allow me to reinitialize the printer and bypass the need for the original setup cartridges?

@Robgb, Welcome to HP Support Community!
To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
