Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a CM4540.  Recently, it will not enter sleep mode, and states "The System is Busy or needs attention."

What do I need to do so printer will enter sleep mode

While in an error state the unit will not go to sleep. You need to determine why you have a system busy or attention and resolve that first.

How do I determine what error is.  This happened once before, about 2 years ago while in warranty.  Called support, and they did something short and worked till now.

That's just it, there is no indication of any issue.  when I turn off and then turn on the printer, it will go in Sleep Mode for about 4-5 mins, then wakes and won't go back in.  Job Log shows all completed successfully.  This happened as I changed to new computers.  But, all computers have been running W10-64 Pro updated to 1909 on some and 2004 on others.
