Product: CP2025

CP2025printre.  i haven't used the printer in a long time, found it stuck printing black and white only. I have just added new ink toner. Checked printer setting enable color is selected. Test page on printer does print in color. My test PC does print to another printers in color. What am I missing?

HP Recommended

When the printer installed it did not detect that the printer is color. On your PC go to control panel>devices and printers and the right click on the printer icon and select printer properties from the dropdown menu. Then click on the device settings tab and scroll down until you see device type and set it to colour.
