Product: LaserJet CP1525nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
After years of no problems with the printer, now the cyan is printing below where the other colors (including black) are printing. I have tried removing and reseating the toner cartridges to no effect. There are no error messages and HP Print and Scan Doctor finds no errors. I've looked all over but can't find any help with regard to calibrating (or coordinating) the printing of the different print cartridges. Can anyone give me instructions for solving this problem? It's a LaserJet CP1525nw (color laserjet). Thank you!
