Product: HP TopShot LaserJet Pro M275 MFP

Hi,  I've tried all the usual solutions to clear "camera error 1000" with no luck.  That's turning the printer off and on,

reloading firmware, reloading drivers, etc.  Nothing helps.  Can anyone help me?
