So we are trying to print out our wedding invitation envelopes through word. But the printer doesn’t give me an option for an A7 envelop (5 1/4 x 7 1/4). Any help on this?

Maybe...

Printer Specifications document -- does not say the printer supports custom paper sizes...

Product Specifications for the HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer (CZ992A)

That said, I found this information for at least one model - and it says "Sure, we do that".

Media SizeLetter; A4; Legal; B5
Media Sizes Custom (imperial)3 x 8.5 to 4 x 14 in
Media Sizes Custom (metric)76 x 102 to 216 x 356 mm
Media TypesPlain Paper; HP Photo Papers; HP Matte Brochure or Professional Paper; HP Matte Presentation Paper; HP Glossy Brochure or Professional Paper; Other Photo Inkjet Papers; Other Matte Inkjet Papers; Other Glossy Inkjet Papers; Plain Paper, Light/Recycled
Media Weight Recommended (imperial)20 lb
Media Weight Recommended (metric)75 g/m²
Media Weights Supported, By Paper Path (Imperial)16 to 32 lb (plain paper); 20 to 55 lb (envelope); up to 110 lb (cards)
Media Weights Supported, By Paper Path (metric)60 to 300 g/m²

Personal Note:  The reference to 300 gsm most likely refers to photo paper.

So - Will it work?

Can you create a Custom Paper Size form / Create a custom size envelope with this printer and your printer software??

Maybe...

Assuming for the sake of the conversation that the printer will support the custom size,

The following is relevant...

HP Document: HP Printers - Creating Custom Paper Sizes

Example - Custom Paper Size Form

Create Envelope

Reminder:

This printer won't support "fancy" - For example, this includes heavier envelopes, scalloped edges, or gold foil lined.

Keep it simple and it might work.

Example 1 - Word > Mailings > Envelope > #10

Select your envelope size from the list OR select Custom Size and enter the dimensions.

A7 Envelope

Width =   7.25"

Height = 5.25"
