Can I use 65 lb paper in my Envy 5055?

I am getting the runaround from HP Sales and/or support.  I'm just trying to print out something in color to hand out at my church that's a little more substantial than the 20 lb paper that's sold everywhere.  The salesperson I just spoke to was VERY disappointed that I wan't buying something right now.  When I asked about the "HP Note" paper listed in the specifications, how much it cost and where to get it, she put me on hold, then came back a short time later with information about purchasing the HP Glossy photo paper including a price.  When I asked about the weight of the paper, she again put me on hold, came back with the information that it was "0.31 pound" and that she found a promotion where I could get the paper for about half the price.

I want to know about this HP Note paper; can I buy it in a store; is it cardstock and how do I feed it into my printer.  I want to know if I can feed 65 Lb paper to my Envy 5055 if I do it a sheet at a time.

Can anyone help me?

•  Media weight supported (U.S. standard):  20 lb  (please don't ask me why it is too low).

Hi,

The printer cannot handle 65 lb card media.

You may find the printer specifications below, the printer supports up to 53 lb card media, or up to 80 lb Photo Media.

The described thickness is too thick and not supported for this kind of media, you cannot use it with the printer with either a sheet at a time or multiple sheets.

OK.  So now the issue is, Where can I get the frickin' "HP Matte Presentation Paper" or "HP cards"?  Searching on the Matte paper brings up a page of "Inkjet photo paper" with almost nothing but glossy photo papers.  The closest to the Matte Presentation Paper is "HP Professional Inkjet Matte FSC Paper".  I've got no idea what "FSC" means, and when I click on the link for compatible printers nothing comes up, so I really don't know if it will work in my ENVY 5055.  (The paper is listed as 46lb, BTW..)

Doing a search for "HP cards" limiting the search to inkjet printers just lists cards available for PCs or memory cards for printers.

I'm beginning to think it not worth trying to get information from HP on what products they have will work with what printers.  It's  almost worse than IBM.  (I know that's low, but I'm past frustrated at this point.)
