Product: HP Officejet Pro 8035
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need the direct USB connection to be able to scan to the PC, but I would like to also be able to print from my laptop, phone, and tablet without running to the printer to reconfigure it for wireless. Any hope of that? If the HP 8035 can't do that, can ANY printer do that?

Yes you can definitely have the Printer both on USB and wireless without having to reconfigure it again.
