hello, I tried to log in to EWS with the user name: admin, the password was blank and I logged in successfully. then I created a new login password, after I created a password, I couldn't enter the EWS, an incorrect password message appeared, I tried to enter the EWS with an empty password, it didn't work either. How can I get into EWS again? please help me thx

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

I see that you are facing issues with web services.

 

You can find the above steps on this link.

If you are prompted for additional credentials when accessing the printer homepage, check for a PIN on the printer UPC sticker or contact the printer administrator for the password.
 

On the credential prompt, enter admin (default) for the username.
 

Locate the PIN on the printer UPC sticker found on either the back of the printer or inside the cartridge access area, and then enter it.

If a PIN is not listed on the sticker or the sticker is missing, contact the printer administrator for the PIN or password.
