The color cartridges needed to be replaced for a HP Color LaserJet MFP M476dw from Macs, this took a while but I finally received the HP original three color toner cartridges. All went well placing the cartridges, Macs, iphone, and iPads see the printer with all full cartridges in printer supplies visible. I can print with no problems from the iOS devices and do a test print from the printer, including in color but not from the Macs. On the Macs  the printer can be seen and that supplies are good but goes into pause when I try to print a page, the same page that can be printed from the iOS devices. I restarted the MACs, removed the printer driver and reinstated it, still the same problem. I printed a test print from one of the Macs from the HP utility app, and voilà that works fine ! Can anybody knowledgable preferably from HP please resolve this problem ? 

While waiting for the cartridges we wanted to print B&W only but same problem, could only print B&W from the iOS devices not the Macs, M1 and M2 and Intel Macs all on Sonoma 14.2.1 (Intel iMac) or 14.5  (M1 and M2).
