Product: HP Deskjet 2630

Just got a deskjet 2630 and have been following the setup instructions but can't get it to connect to my wifi. I've been trying to do it through WPS, but the printer just never connects, and then when I do a wireless network test it tells me "The wireless radio on your HP printer is currently turned off" and for the solution just says "To connect Wirelessly, you must turn ON the wireless radio on your HP printer. Refer to the Setup Guide that came with your HP printer." It also says for the Diagnostic results "-Wireless On    FAIL"  and then says Not Run for every further category. I've searched through every guide available, both ones that came with the printer and ones I found online as well as these support forums and can't find any reference to how to turn on the wireless radio on this printer.
