Cyan won't print.  I've replaced all the cartridges after several months of little use.  I did the print head cleaning process several  times and also used cue tips directly on the printer heads using alcohol and nail polish remover.  Black always worked.  The yellow and didn't until I used the nail polish remover.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Try printing a test page in color or make a color copy and check for cyan.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer as you have already replaced the ink cartridge.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
