The printer shows as connected, but when trying to print, I receive an error message "Can't print to due error in printer setup." I have shut down both PC and printer, to no avail.

- Verify that your printer is connected to the correct network if you are using a wireless connection.
Printer Settings:
- Confirm that your printer is selected as the default printer in your computer's settings.
- Check for any error messages on the printer's control panel and resolve them.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Reset Network Parameters:
- Reset the printer’s network settings to factory default values by navigating to the control panel:
- Tap the Menu icon
, then the Settings icon
.
- Go to Network > Restore network settings.
- Tap the Menu icon
Verify Network with Status Lights:
- Check the status lights next to the printer's network connector:
- Green light should be on indicating a successful network link.
