I cannot print anything with a new ink cartridge - I keep getting 'remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed, and the touch ok.
I have removed and replaced the cartridge repeatedly, the correct way as I always do and is shown in the diagrams.
I have removed all tape and ensure there is nothing foreign on any part of the cartridge.
This is a geniune HP cartridge that was purchased at WalMart - it is the correct cartridge (#62)
I don't know what to do - issue with my printer, cartridge, both? I dont want to shell out more money for another cartridge.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/replacement ink.
