Can't scan to email with yahoo account anymore. Get invalid user id and pwd and they are valid

Please help.  I have been trying to solve this problem for hours and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer.  I tried to scan to email and it doesn't work all of the sudden.  No idea what happend.

email provider is yahoo.

I have tried to add a different email address and it doens't work either.  I am getting really aggrivated.  Nothing on the web helps with my problem.  All answers say the same thing and it isn't helpful.

also, i can't scan to network folder anymore either.  No idea why.

Hi shannon,

For Yahoo, using the standard password will be rejected as Yahoo uses security protocols which are not supported by the printer.

Please generate and use an App Password with your printer, then check for any change while using it instead of your standard password:

For the scan to folder issue, please provide some details of what error is returned, etc.
