Hello, I've tried updating my printers firmware, but I can't.

I've used the official update tool, but it just gave me an error 83 (on the printer). No errors on the program.

I've tried searching for Err 83, but I couldn't find anything.

I downloaded the update program here under the firmware section (image)

Hello,

Error code 83 means that the printer has encountered a problem during initialization or with the print drum. In general, the printer should still be able to print.
 
To temporarily clear the error, reset the printer.
  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  3. Wait 60 seconds.
  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
    Note: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
