HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

It has happened again. I had to reboot my OS on the Apple iMac and reinstall a Windows (10) partition. I need help printing custom size paper. In 2018 HP issued a patch to allow printing custom size paper on the 7740. I downloaded the patch and it worked. After reinstalling Windows 10, I no longer have “Custom” as a paper size selection in my program. Is there a link to the patch for Windows 10 to be able to print custom size paper? Custom size does appear on the printer control panel under paper size management. It is not recognized in the program I am running.

Be certain that you have an actual HP driver installed and not a Microsoft IPP or Class driver. In windows, go to control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. Click on the advanced tab and confirm you have the right driver. It is also possible that the latest drivers on support.hp.com incorporate the "fix"
