Cannot Print

Hello,

My issue is with my HP Topshot LaserJet M275 printer.  

First, I love this printer.  It's been my loyal companion for many years and lasted far longer than any other printer I have owned.

That being said....at the moment, the printer is failing me.  I can't print at all and I believe it is software related.

The prevalent error seems to be "Print job not accepted".  For awhile the printer would print from Preview but not Adobe or Word but now it doesn't print from ANY of those programs (or any others for that matter).

I think the issues started after upgrading my Mac to OS Monterey, however I am now running OS 13.1 Ventura and the issues persist.  I haven't made any other recent software changes on this Mac.

I have tried various fixes based on posts in this forum including (but likely not limited to):

- Turning everything off/on and restarting the computer (including unplugging the printer and plugging it back in)

- Reset all the defaults on the printer

- Ensured the printer and computer are on the same network

- Reset the print system

- Deleted then re-added the printer via System Preferences (which is apparently now called System Settings in Ventura)

- HP Easy Start (hangs at "Gathering Device Information")

- HP Easy Admin (which downloads everything but has no effect)

I get the same results when I try all of the above on my older Mac running Catalina.

Can anyone help?  I've been trying unsuccessfully to print all week and I am running out of time.  Anytime I've had issues before I have been able to fix them with advice from this forum, but at the moment I can't find ANYTHING that helps.

So, no one has any ideas?

After an uninstall/reinstall it lets me print one document but when I try to print again (without changing any settings) it refuses to print..."print job not accepted".....
