ENVY 6020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP Envy 6020. I have it connected to my network and am able to print/scan via wifi and have signed up to Instant Ink. However when I go onto the instant ink site and try to connect to the printer I get a 'cannot connect to printer now. Try again later' message. If I go onto the settings and advanced settings via the HP Smart app on my pc, it shows the printer connected to the internet and no obvious errors. The test pages all work and report no problems as does the HP Print and Scan app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, connected to my computer via USB, turned off and on with the power button on the back and by unplugging and leaving for a couple of minutes and then restarting, turned my router on and off and tried all the solutions I can find via Google searching. I've also tried the HP Instant Ink connect to printer via my phone and with two different browsers on my pc. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am at a loss as to what to try next. Thanks,

Kev
