Product: Photosmart 5520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a photosmart 5520 which is saying it cant connect to server even though connect by wifi. 

logged into hp account and had to change password as forgotten. found help topic on problem but when logged into ip address settings its asking for username and password. as the printer isn't connected to network it must want old password as it hasn't been updated. is I cant remember this one I cant fix the connection problem, without connection cant get password updated! what do I do please?
