Suddenly today my Officejet Pro 8600 printer (all in one) indicated that it cannot detect the printerhead! I have removed it changed out the cartridges. Still nothing. unplugged and re-plugged as directed in support, also nothing. Any other ideas?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
