HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Envy 6055 printer that always goes offline. The issue with this is I can't get it to come back online. I've tried to print and will get an error the printer is offline. In HP smart is says it's unavailable and the diagnosis doesn't fix it. Hitting the power button on the printer does nothing, opening the lid and it doesn't respond. The blue WIFI light is solid on and there is a blue/white light across the front, but it doesn't respond to anything. The only way I can get it to come back online is by unplugging and plugging it back in which is a task of pulling the printer out and unplugging in. I've attempted to access some advanced settings in the HP Smart app where I was requested for the printer PIN. I inputted the PIN and went to power management and there is an Auto Off setting however it's locked!!! The note says, "The Auto-Off setting is preset and cannot be configured." and it's locked at 2 Hours. I want to disable the Auto Off. It's my printer, my network, my electricity and internet. I want to disable this and not have the printer go offline. Ever!
