HP Recommended

I’ve not been able to use my printer even after following instructions through the help centre doing a re start I’m still sat with my printer in error mode. The wireless button is flashing & isn’t a solid blue light my printer light on the colour side is flashing orange the display is flashing the letter E & zero & the cartridge levels look like I don’t have any ink left but they are new. I have taken the cartridges out & cleaned out what I could. It’s so frustrating.
