No matter what program I use - Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, etc., I can no longer print to large format. I'm not sure exactly when I lost large format capability, but it used to work just fine. Tabloid and Tabloid small margin and other large formats simply do not show up in the list as options for selection.
I have googled, and one suggestion was to use Deskjet 9800 driver - but as of today that driver was not available in the list of drivers to use.
I am very frustrated to have a wide format printer that no longer prints to wide format.
Printer is HP Officejet 7612
Printer and computer are used on a private Wi-Fi network
I am using Windows 10 with automatic updates.
Windows 10 Home Version 1803 OS Build 17134.407
64-bit operating system, x64 based processor

A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
It sounds like an issue with the printer driver installed on your computer. Use the steps below to remove all existing printer drivers from your computer:
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to HP or Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
15.) Restart the computer.
Once the drivers are removed, download and install the printer software and driver available here.
If in case the 11x17 or 13x19 paper size is still not available, then use the steps available here and create a custom paper size and then try to print.
Let me know how it goes!

I had the same problem. The 11x17 paper size was not available, and I could not recall how I fixed it before. This method worked, and it is back again now. When I reinstall the driver from the HP website, it takes almost an hour. The whole process usually takes 1-2 hours or more, depending on how many failed attempts I've had.
My laptop & the 7610 printer are using the office wifi. But occasionally a coworker switches the printer to his own personal wifi. That is when the problems occur. If I switch my laptop to the coworker's wifi, or if I switch the printer back to the office wifi, that is when the 11x17 paper size goes missing. Thanks, 😄
