Thanks for posting. It is a terrific place to find answers and tips!

I understand that you are unable to print from the internet, I will be delighted to assist you here.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Provide me the complete error message what you are getting while printing?
  • Which browser are you trying to print from?
  • Did you try to print from a different browser?
  • Are you able to print from the application on the computer like MS Word, Notepad etc?

Meanwhile

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.

If this helps, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others and please give the same public post a Kudos for my efforts to help.
Take care and have a blessed week ahead.

Cheers.

I understand that you are unable to install from Chromebook

Reset Chrome settings to default to  fix this issue:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and thenSettings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
  4. Under the section "Reset," click Reset.
  5. Confirm by clicking Reset.

Let me know it goes.
