I have an HP all in one desktop computer and an HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer that are wireless.  I can print from my iPhone but am unable to print from my desktop so Wi-Fi OK and printer OK.  When I go to print a file on the desktop top it takes me to save file.  I check the printer on the computer and it is not set to print to file.  When I interrogate the HP site as to whether my print driver is up to date it says it is.  What is the problem and how do I fix?  Can anyone help me?

Thanks,

Sheila

If the 8620 is the default printer then run the built in Windows printer troubleshooter.
