My printer does not have a display on it, and when I try setting it up, it asks for the WPS PIN. The printer actually runs a blank page through it, but does not print anything on it. Until I can figure out how to get a WPS PIN, my printer is useless. I already tried connecting a USB cable to it, and it does not work. Please do not sent links on how to get my WPS pin, that is what I have been trying to do and when the pin should print, the page is blank.

However, when I print the Printer Information page, it comes out fine, so I know it isn't an ink issue.

I have tried to call four times and get transferred to new people every time or given different numbers to call.

I have set up many printers over the years and have never had such an issue!

Hello,

If a "Enter the WPS PIN" for your printer message displays when setting up a printer, click Cancel in the window. This message is related to the printer's Wi-Fi Direct connection feature.

Please click https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-ink-advantage-3700-all-in-one-printer-series/8949779...  to access the steps that should resolve the issue .
