Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you unable to setup the printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Are you trying to setup wireless connection on the printer?
  • Let me know the entire error message what you are getting on the printer?
  • How are you trying to setup the printer?

Meanwhile:

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.

Cheers.
