Product: HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw Color Multifunction Printer

Cant print anything because it says the printer is offline or off. The printer is most definitely on and connected to the same wifi. I disconnected the printer from the hp smart app and tried to reconnect it thinking that might be part of the problem. Now it cant reconnect. The HP smart app on my computer recognizes the printer and says its online but when i try to reconnect it then says its offline for a split second. Then it says its online. HP print and scan DR is not helpful it says the exact same thing that the printer is off or offline and that I need to turn it on first even though the printer is most definitely on and connected to the network.
