More details would really help answer this question.  Do test prints from the printer control panel have color? Anything change in your setup? What operating system are you using? What programs are you printing from?

What operating system are you using? 

What programs are you printing from? SENDING DOCS FROM MY PHONE TO PRINTER THROUGH HP SMART AP ON MY ANDROID PHONE

 

I've tried to use live chat help from hp smart ap and it gets me nowhere.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
