HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer is Envy 5640. Worked well with windows 10 with wired connection. Have changed to new HP Envy laptop with windows 11. Can print test page but all other attempts to print bring up a save instruction. Troubleshooter says Error 0x80070005. Printer still works with old laptop.
