HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer

My only printer is an HP OfficeJetPro 8035e that I purchased in April 2021. At purchase, I purchased the optional a two-year Care Pack . That expired on the anniversary date. I didn't try renewing it until yesterday, when I purchased an extension from HP.com's shop. Now, although they charged for the purchase, and promised to deliver the new Care Pack electronically, HP HASN'T DELIVERED THE CARE PACK. My printer won't work and I can't solve the problem without this, apparently. I've gone to every HP support site I can find, and none gives me a solution to the non-delivery issue. What's the deal??
