hp envy photo 7134

Hi team,

i am using HP ENVY Photo 7134 printer, now it show Carriage Jam error message. I opened cartridge access door and checked for paper jam and found no paper jam, it is still showing same error. I tried the options mentioned in support site but no luck. Could you please help to fix

Please click  https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-photo-7100-all-in-one-printer-series/9073119/model/1649... to access the steps that should resolve the issue .

 

You might also find few steps that you have already performed, i'd suggest you to repeat them.

If issue still persits, its time to get the printer Serviced / replaced based on your printer warranty.

You may have to contact HP Tech Support by clicking https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

I have the same problem.  A brand new Envy 7134 and have removed ALL the packaging. I am getting the error message that the carriage is jamming.  Have tried everything the support suggests, many times.

I can't even get it back to the far right to remove the ink cartridges.

I need this printer.   NOT GOOD ENOUGH
