I have an  HP Photosmart D7360 Printer and have a carriage jam issue.  I have cleared the paper jam, but I obviously did not get all of the paper.  I cannot get to the carriage to clear the jam.  How do I do that?

Your solution helped me.  The solution page showed me that I could move the cartridge and then it was a matter of getting the paper out.  Without the solution page, I did not recognize what the cartridge was.   And I did not find that solution page when I was looking for answers.

   Thank you.
