I have a cartridge error message:

K One or more cartridges appear to be damaged. Remove them and replace with a new cartridge.

  1. Received out of ink message for Cyan
  2. Replaced with new Cyan Cartridge  (hp 951xl)
  3. Tried to print
  4. Received about message indicating the black K cartridge being damaged
  5. Put in new new black cartridge (hp 950xl)
  6. Above damaged message as before
  7. Power off and on: no change
  8. Cleaned copper chips: no change

I have a Mac running on Ventura 13.6.9. The printer is the HP Officejet Pro 276dw Multifunction Printer which is out of warranty.
