Cartrage 652 from UAE substitute in India

I have purchase HP Deakjet ink advantage printer in UAE and using 652 cartrage which is not available in India, kindly guide us which cartrage can use in India which is the substitute of 652.

Hello, 

Since you are in INDIA you may have to use HP 680 cartridges for your printer.

HP customizes some printers and ink cartridges to meet local customer needs. If you take your printer from one country/region to another country/region, you might not find ink cartridges with the same number on the label as your original ink cartridges. If you install an ink cartridge with a different number on the label, you might see one of the following error messages:

• Incompatible Cartridges
• Cartridge Not Intended for this Printer
• Incorrect Cartridges

You may also have to contact HP Tech Support in INDIA to get the Rationalization reset to make your printer accept the HP 680 cartridges, use the below link to do so.

Really shocking

I visited to HP service center 

Printer cost AED 200 (RS 3700) and compertability changes charges is Apx RS 3000

While purchasing the printer in have requested to give me such product which can work in India also.... But got this 

It is nothing only cheating to us.
