I am using an HP Deskjet Ink advantage 4515 printers. Once the ink finished I have used a genuine hp cartridge for the printer. But the printer is continuously showing the error " The following Ink Cartridge must be replaced". I have followed all the troubleshooting ideas which are mentioned on the hp site. But no help.
Kindly help me to solve this issue.
